  : Dinner at the restaurant was delicious! Everyone working there was very helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.
  : There was no window in the room; just a sliding door that we couldn't leave open overnight because we were on the ground floor and there was no security. So no fresh air.

  : Room 132 had the bathroom window right next to the pool area, the window was large with bubbled glass which offered little privacy during the day and next to no privacy at night once the bathroom light was on.This meant as soon as it was dark outside if I wanted any privacy in the shower or bath I would have to keep the light switched off as there were families with kids right outside my window. Also the patio wasn’t a pleasant place, to the left and right was a wall and directly in front was a 2 story building with balconies overlooking. On day 2 my handwash and shower gel had run out, for the next 3 days i requested maid service with the hanger on the door. The room was serviced but the soaps never replenished.

  : Clean rooms well landscaped pool is beautiful and staff was real friendly.
  : So going into our room trying to follow the path you guys need to fill in the rocks to the end of the sidewalk . I tripped and fell and twisted my ankle because of it.

  : Check in was great and we were pleasantly surprised with the size of the room for a family of 4. It was very spacious. The grounds are lovely, and the hotel is in a quiet location. We were super impressed with the restaurant at the lodge. The food and service was great. The pool area was also very nice. Great proximity to downtown and the national park.
  : Upon arriving in our room, housekeeping barely refreshed the room with towels (1 towel for a family of 4) and there was no hand soap in the room and the shampoo was empty. These were all easily corrected by visiting the front desk, but it seemed like we were checked into a room that wasn't quite ready.
