  : This was a lovely place. We stayed in the Tombstone room, which is attached to the garage at the back of the property. Very quiet w/ private access to a lovely back yard. A very generous shower with good water pressure, a must for us. We loved the location...a walkable, quaint and historic neighborhood near the university with quick access to the many surrounding restaurants and to the historic downtown. Easy access to the freeway, about 2 miles away. Susan, our host, was wonderful. Due to Covid our breakfast was changed to in room delivery of items of our choice...fresh muffins, bagels and cream cheese, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, juice, coffee. We were also given the option of a reduction in our rate. This worked great for us...we ate in our room or in the airy and spacious backyard. Although we were the only guests at the time,, there is plenty of space for social distancing.There
  : Two minor observations. Our unit had a very small TV(15"?), albeit w/ full cable. It was odd to us, primarily because it's so rare. And, from a personal preference, the arm chair was a bit small and upright. I'm tall, 6'1", and a small recliner would be a better fit. But these are minor quibbles.

  : Property was attractive. Outdoor space/foliage was pretty. Room decor was charming. Good privacy. Proprietor was responsive.
  : No hot breakfast due to COVID. Room could have been cleaner, vacuum/sweeping needed.

  : Very pretty and charming place. We would like to go back and experience breakfast there ... we were served our hot coffee outside because of covid . It is a quiet neighborhood and a good location .

  : Owner was a little too controlling. Moved mh wife's purse rather than asking her if it wass ok to move it. Rearranged her belongings in the room whioe we were out.
