  : The beds are very comfortable. The lady at reception (afternoon shift) was so nice and polite. Always helpful and available for our needs and questions. She should be rewarded in comparison to the morning shift colleague (shifts on 11th and 12th March).
  : The hotel does not have a suitable place to park and unload luggage. We asked for a quiet room and the room we were given was in front of the restaurant entrance. When questioned about this, the unfriendly receptionist informed us that the type of room we had chosen was on the ground floor. Fair enough, but even on that floor there are quieter rooms at the end of the corridor. Surely the quieter room is not in front of the restaurant door. We asked for a quieter room, as we had mentioned in our booking, and he reluctantly informed us that the only one available was on another floor and that he could move us. Great, everything started to sound better. The next day (check out day) we were in the room getting dressed before breakfast (around 9.30am) and the cleaning staff knocked on the door and we replied that it was still occupied. They opened the door anyway and found us half dressed. This is not right. I would strongly advise you to invest in staff training for better service, especially considering the type of daily rates the hotel charges.
