  : The room was clean (when we arrived). It was kind of cozy, and the bathroom looked good too but it was small. The location was fantastic. Check in and out system was easy and straightforward. All in all it was passable, and compared to other hotels and airbnb, the price is not that unbelievably expensive.
  : The room is very small and there is no cleaning service (unless you pay for it, they will only come if you stay 5 nights or more), so the room simply gets quite dusty. We were not able to open our window properly because the key mechanism for the window was broken and they didn't manage to fix it. So the room was quite hot and the air temperature regulator didn't work either. On another note, we got two key cards for our room during the check in service, but could use only one in the end, because the other one didn't work. Due to these issues the rating can't be more than 5, which is still a solid grade, and it is a constructive feedback to the property to improve.
