  : Homeowner needs to understand the difficulties of international travel. For most travelers don't have international plan so not going to get SMS; at times don't have internet making it very difficult to collect the keys. Getting key was similar experience like 'Escape Room'These property love to send email for agreements that works in their favor vs focusing on people coming across the globe with jet leg and such this is the last thing they want to encounter.
  : Cleanliness - No housekeeping was done prior to arrival other than dropped few towels. so received dirty apartment. even trash was not picked up in the kitchen. lots of pots and pan and dishes but not even salt or papper. Location - convenient and goodApartment - very weirdly designed; it says two bedroom but one was small area detached from the rest of the apartment that was overlay heated making it hard to breath. big cabinet was stuffed in small area and that was literally moving. It's a big security risk. one bed was put in the middle of the living space. construction on the side going on so blocking view and lot of noise coming in.

  : The apartment was good and freshly renovated with the domestic appliances all in place and functioning. The location is close to the historical part of the harbor.
  : Wardrobe for clothes missing. The chip-based key system to enter the door seems fragile and was broken (but still functioning). No reserved parking spot close to the location. Very close to the central Tromsoe Bridge, perhaps too much! The area is under heavy construction, and probably large and tall buildings will soon surround and limit the view.

  : Super clean and well appointed apartment. Everything is clean, tidy and worked well - including wi-fi. The contactless entry worked. Convenient location in that you can walk to the main attractions. There is an OK supermarket (co-op) in a few minutes, and the SPAR a bit further for better selections.
  : The parking situation is not good - although there is free parking nearby nights and Sundays, I actually used a bus on Sunday because I was worried about losing my space - the moral is that I should have returned the car (Hertz car rental within walking distance) for the few days I was there. Secondly, the construction made quite a noise until early evening on Friday.

  : Modern, clean and right next to the city center! The window view is spectacular. You get everything you need in the apartment, washing machine, hair dryer and the shower. We feel right at home at getting in.
  : There aren’t much clear instructions about parking and parking is a huge pain point for the whole city. Parking a car overnight could cost a lot if you don’t know where to find a cheaper place. Besides, there are quite difficult to spot the share box in the first place without picture instructions, making the checkin experience not so great. Before our arrival, our conversation in the message has been always super long and with many unnecessary link and blur the focus of what needs to do. That system could be improved
