  : The atmosphere was super nice. The overall experience was great! The place is suitable for families and couples especially those who like isolation and quietness. There is cart service free of charge to take you up the hill from your chalet to the restaurant or the caf. The staff were very friendly; Special Thanks to Ali, Hadice, Mahir and Celal.
  : We stayed a week in Foleya. Some days we had a buffet for breakfast while others we didn't. There should be a consistency in the service or at least provide the guest with the same variety of food as the buffet. Housekeeping should be provided everyday and not only upon request.The kids club is really dirty. Please cover the sockets and wires, clean the balls and underneath the jumper because it's very smelly and dusty. This could be dangerous to kids health.The price is very expensive compared to similar places in other more expensive countries. I'd recommend to provide special offers for loyal customers.

  : Location is stunning, facilities excellent, and the air is as clean as it could be on top of a mountain retreat. Chalet style stay is amazing.
  : Very secluded and bit too isolated for my tastes. Particularly during the off season. Facility staff refer all questions / booking to reception who in turn dont always seem to be in complete communication with their team resulting in peculiar outcomes. Team could be empowered to make decisions and take bookings directly, letting reception know of the outcomes resulting in fewer errors and less referral.

  : After my check out and settling my bill I shocked when I received message from my bank next day that the hotel charged me more than what I sign off in my final bill, although I kept contacting them to refund me back the extra amount they charged me but without any luck

  : - Natural surroundings - Fresh air - Cafe was excellent
  : There were way too many problems in this stay. I would not return and would encourage anyone visiting Trabzon to stay closer to the city. MAIN ISSUES: - Arrived at 4:30pm, room not ready. Waited an extra hour to be let in. - Cleanliness questioned on arrival as floors in the bedrooms were not clean. - No pots or pans in the villa, how do you expect guests to cook anything? - Language barrier - 70% of staff did not speak English. - Only one restaurant on site with staff that do not speak English. - No shop within 1 hour drive. There is a small shop on the resort but they only sell sweets and chocolates, which is a real shame. No fruits, vegetables or anything of cooking use. - No coffee available during breakfast. Surprising considering it's Turkey! - Fried eggs and omelette were chargeable! - Kids play area unsupervised. - Unprofessional front of house customer service. - Worst of all, we left a piece of jewellery at the hotel, which they were meant to post to our next hotel in Istanbul, but despite multiple follow ups they did not send it and refused to engage. - The location is beautiful but it is remote. There are no activities near the resort.
