: Location excellent. Shower was excellent. Bed was comfortable.
: Host (or representative; I wasn't informed) was dismissive of my complaints about the nightmare of finding the keys to the apartment at midnight. Had it not been for a kindly taxi driver, I'd have been sleeping on the bus shelter bench direcvtly opposite. I complained that all the appliance manuals were in French (I am Australian) but the host was indifferent. Alarmingly she did not, at first know how to work the micro-wave oven. The washing machine - literally - ate my clothes. Again, stunning indifference to my plight. Stark contrast with my other airbnb experience in Italy, where the host could not have been kinder and more thoughtful. Lighting in the kitchen was very poor, as it was in the bedroom/lounge/drawing room. As I couldn't use the laundry or most of the kitchen, my stay was stressful and more expensive than it should have been. Seriously, the host needs to ask themselves why they are in the HOSPITALITY business. I arrived to no milk, nothing in the pathetic fridge, no welcome. Shockingly bad.

: The location was perfect, very close to everything! Facilities were good, was very nice to be able to wash our clothes and picking up the keys was very easy.
: Sofa bed was very uncomfortable, wonky and noisy. The room is right next to a main road and the banks of the Garonne, so as the apartment has single pane glass the noise of the traffic and people at night was extremely loud so we had to buy earplugs.
