  : Wellwhere do I start . Not my first apartament in Toulouse , had experiences in central area and will comeback for more in the future , but not for this one for sure . 1) Owners need to learn how to communicate with their quests , asking questions like Why you come to Toulouse Please no smoking , no party ( this was written in Booking T&C anyway ) Tenants in this building see and hear everything, be careful + 300 Euro deposit and contract what you sign where it states if you going to leave dirty dishes - 40 Euro penalty, if you not gonna throw away the trash - 40 Euro penalty and etc . All this creates pressure and its not like Im renting a queens palace you know , its very basic flat . No light at all , you live like in basement ( I was working from home , so maybe for someone whos planning to be outside it doesnt matter ) But the flat is on ground floor , everyone whos entering the building pass next to this flat and you can hear every move . That tenant whos leaving on top either have ADHD or just very chaotic person , but you could hear his heavy steps everyday until he probably calm down and smoke ( yes I was able to smell the weed , for the person whos not smoking its a sensitive topic ) . So dear owners , take a notes , and before expect and demand something from people , make sure that you are at the same level.

  : Very nice apartment centrally located in Toulouse. The owner is very nice and available for any questions. The apartment is the perfect size, well equipped, comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend this property. I would not hesitate to reserve again!

  : I really didn't like much about this property. Whilst the street address would appear to be a good location, the tiny apartment itself was at the bottom of a building with an awful and noisy tiny dark courtyard view. It was my 2nd worst accommodation in 4 months of travelling, and as soon as I finally opened the door from the street into the dark tiny courtyard, my heart sank.

  : The location was great.
  : The apartment was damp and smelt very musty. We washed some clothes and hung them up and even with the fan on them for 2 days they didnt dry. We had booked for 4 days but only stayed 2 days before finding other accommodation because of the dampness of the apartment. It was very bad and it should be addressed but the owners.
