A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that late check-in after X carries the following extra charges:
- From 21:00 to 23:00 EUR 20;
- From 23:00 to 08.00 EUR 40.

Please note that early check-in before 12:00 carries a EUR 30 surcharge.
