  : The hotel is in a great location, the balcony view rooms has beautiful views.
  : According to the photos we expected that the room would be in better condition, but it really needs renovating. There were plenty of dust, rust, and stains on the ceiling (covering previous mold/water?). There were holes in the ceiling of our bathroom from where water was dropping. The cleaning lady place the fresh towels on the rusty towel rack under this dropping hole, we needed to put there a glass to show the issue. Next to the hotel is the construction of another hotel which we also shared the wall. We woke up for hammering noises before 8 AM. After we have complained to the hotel manager they took action and ask them to postpone the works, which worked well. The room had no hair dryer. Once we got stained fresh towels (rust or blood, not sure).We had a gecco on our terrace, and as there were no net on the terrace door, we need to sleep with close doors to avoid the gecco coming in. Air condition had a bad smell, so we cannot use it neither, it was really hot in the room at night. The bathroom smelled really bad too and had dirt, hair and mold on the shower curtain and in the tub. One day there were disturbing noises from the ceiling of the bathroom, some animals were above it, it was really frightening and disturbing. We complained to the manager and they said these were seagulls, as our room was just under the hotel roof where they can fly inside. There were no signs for please do not disturb, it was bothering that the cleaning lady knocked in the morning. The breakfast is badly managed, some days we had to stand in long lines, as only one staff member was allowed to touch the fridge and get for you what you need, it was insane. Hotel guests had only limited options for breakfast, while people from the street who joined for breakfast had better options like prosciutto instead of basic ham. No warm egg or bacon options for breakfast, only cold cuts.

  : The location was very convenient for the beach and lots of restaurants, bars etc. but wasn't noisy. The breakfast was excellent - very generous. The staff are very pleasant and the proprietor is very friendly and welcoming.
  : No complaints - it was as advertised.
