  : Location close to motorway was helpful, as was free and easy parking. Easy access into Bristol on a great bus service. A few trees around and close to a walk in a nice nature reserve. Bathroom was clean.
  : Probably the most tired place we've stayed. We had to wash all the cutlery and plates, and wipe surfaces of dust and stickiness. The door edges were sticky to touch with fingerprints. Carpet was stained, as were duvets. There was a fusty smell, which has been reported by other guests in the reviews, but obviously not addressed. It did all feel poor quality and it wasnt a cheap place to stay. Texted the company to say all this and they said theyd deep clean before next guests, but some previous reviews had flagged up similar concerns. Some previous reviews have said spotless, but certainly not our experience. Would not recommend!

  : Firstly, there was a fusty smell in the kitchen, which was off putting when preparing food. Also the sink hot tap provided only a trickle of water, taking several minutes to fill the sink.. Secondly, the bathroom toilet was faulty. It took over 10 minutes to refill, and then failed to flush properly. I had to manually fill the system, and flush the toilet several times to complete a thorough flush. Also, there was no bath mat provided for inside the bath when having a shower, which made getting in and out of the bath somewhat dangerous, as it was a high sided bath. We booked the apartment for 3 people, only two bath towels were provided, one of which was dirty. We were frustrated with annoying problems, and decided to vacate the property early, and decided to leave after two nights. A disappointed customer

  : Good place, easy access. The apartment was spacious.
  : The bathroom was very bad, very small pressure in hot water. The toilet is small, like for kids. Old, shabby furniture, dirty kitchen and kitchenware. They tried to suppress the bad smell with perfumes, which made the whole apartment even stinkier. I found a dirty bra from a previous guest in one of the drawers.

  : The property was very warm, clean and well maintained (big plus points). We would have preferred a double bed rather than two singles but understand the utility of the beds provided. Location was quite a way from Bristol Centre but convenient for the relatives we were visiting. More spacious by far than a cheap hotel room.
  : Seat pads for the kitchen chairs would have made them a little more comfortable. Towels were on the small side.

  : The flat was large, the tv was big.
  : The cleanliness of the whole apartment was shocking. There was a dirty cotton bud on the floor, the cutlery and crockery had not been cleaned at all. The worst thing was pulling the sofa bed out to discover pubic hairs! I called the host, who told me he would send cleaners out the next day. They never came so I had to call again. Finally when they did come, the cutlery still hadnt been cleaned. The host agreed to refund me 75 but I still havent seen it, despite his reassurance that it would go back to my bank. This is not worth they money I paid.
