  : Shower didn’t work. Couldn’t turn it on. Was broken. It is old and the bathroom is especially old.

  : The bed was very comfortable. Lighting in the bathroom was good. And the shower was good. The refrigerator was much appreciated. There were enough outlets for charging our devices.
  : Bedside lighting was too dim. The on-wall thermostat was very difficult to set and there were no directions explaining how it worked. The windowshade, which came down from the top only, did not allow us to cover the bottom half of the window only, while allowing natural light to enter via the top half. We had to have the entire window covered to ensure privacy from the adjoining building, leaving our room very dark, relying on lit lamps when there was beautiful sunshine outside.

  : There are two buildings and one doesn’t have an elevator. My mother has a very hard time with steps and this was a huge concern. There were no other rooms available at check in. Facility is clean. Room felt very cramped. We were touring the river gorge and The Dalles is at the far end so a lot of driving each day. The price was a good value compared to other options.
