  : I didnt like that my wife left her gold earings out by the tv and all of a sudden they are gone once we get back!

  : this hotel was very dirty, the rooms smelled really bad and it looked like they were not even cleaned prior to us getting there. There was black mold on the walls in the bathroom, bedding was dirty, behind the beds were filthy

  : When we arrived the rooms smelled both like mold smell like water just leaking somewhere or if the maid just cleaned with dirty water it smelled so bad we hade vent out our rooms second off our rooms were not cleaned the shower had a used soap in the shower along with our bed sheet having stains on them the bed was very uncomfortable very hard to sleep on both mine and my sister rooms were dirty the microwave was dirty we were just so tired because we checked in late I was really disappointed with our stay

  : Location in Old Town Temecula is great. Walkable to enjoy the shops on Front Street anytime of day. Modern bathroom sink & lighted mirror. No carpet in the room, which is great for a hotel. Room was hot when we first entered. A/C was not turned on. You can hear the neighbors upstairs walking around if they're heavy footed like ours were.
  : This should not be classified as a Hotel. This is a Motel. Very, very basic room. Furniture looks old. Bring your own shampoo & conditioner. Only had small bar soap and 1 small hand lotion. Wall mounted shampoo bottle was 95% empty and no conditioner. Had 1 nice fluffy shower/bath towel and the other was thin and cheap. Pillows were too thick/firm. Left me with a sore neck in the morning. Strong smell of garlic in refrigerator from previous occupants, but fridge was clean. Reserved room w/an amex gift card no problem but at check in they wouldn't accept it. Said their system wasn't set up for gift cards. All he needed to do was run the card as a Credit Card since there is never a "gift card" option at a motel front desk. He declined to try using the card so I had to use my regular amex card. Priced too high for a motel.

  : The receptionist was very pleasant.
  : I have photos and a video. Never have I experienced accommodations like this!! It is beyond horrible. It was filthy. The tub drain was rusted and tub not cleaned. Smelly water would surface from drain into tub when toilet flushed. See video. Request for coffee granted but coffee maker had already used and dried coffee in it (see photos)Damaged (punctured) headboards. Filthy, unclean floor, baseboards, walls, lamp, light switch, doors, bathroom. See photos. Unsightly beyond wrinkled curtains. Hairs on pillowcases and could smell Womens perfume on one. (You can’t make this up)
