  : The room average and dated. Looked.like it needed to be upgraded. No shampoo in shower. Was empty. Carpets a little dated. I called ahead so my son or friend could.check me in and they took.down names. They arrived and staff had no record of info. Disappointing and a waste of time.

  : We were having a short break out of LA to have a look at the Temecula wine region with friends. The Hotel is currently being renovated and our rooms were newly decorated and nicely appointed. The accommodation included breakfast. Staff on the day we left were helpful retrieving some food and drinks we left behind in the refrigerators.
  : I make allowance for the renovations as these did not greatly impact our stay, however an emergency exit at one end of the building was closed off which I think would be illegal. The pool was not clean and although it was in the 90'sF when we stayed the pool filter was not running at all and there was nowhere to turn it on, (not that we should have to). And the jacuzzi was out of order. There were insufficient consumables in our rooms including conditioner and toilet paper and a couple of staff were quite rude when we asked for the same. My wife also had the doors to the breakfast room closed in her face at 9:50 (breakfast supposedly finished at 10) when she simply wanted some salt and pepper for her breakfast. I useably write fairly positive reviews, but this hotel was a big disappointment.

  : Breakfast was a nice surprise - good selection of hot and cold food.
  : Water not hot enough for bath/shower. After reporting this straight away and then each day, being told someone would look at it, we were told on checkout that this is a known problem due to current refurbishment works in our part of the building. Was offered partial refund but told I had to contact booking.com first. After many calls to booking.com and the hotel, was eventually refunded 50%.Maybe don't make rooms available that don't have the basics..hot water being one.
