: I liked the location which was a nice quiet area even though it was near the village shops and there was a nearby car park the other side of the road. The beds were comfortable and we had all the facilities that we needed and more.
: There was a piano which was labelled as broken. The settees were uncomfortable and when we tried to close the door to the lounge the handle came off in my hand so hadn't been screwed on properly. The mirror on the dressing table to the upper bedroom was wobbly and on a couple of occasions there were problems turning the key in the lock of the main door.

: The village where Teachers cottage is situated is lovely with 2 wonderful pubs serving good food. The local shops are very helpful. There are also a couple of take a ways. The bathroom had been updated and was of a very high standard, except for the lip between landing and bathroom toe, I caught my toe and broke it. Needs some attention.
: no parking close to the property, the car public car park was a walk away especially in the rain, unpacking the car was very difficult having to stop on quite a busy road. On arrival, inside the gate was a lot of rubbish, a broken garden seat and so many weeds you couldn't see the the path. Due to the 3 levels and the steep stairs I couldn't see the property being suitable for young children, dogs or anyone with any mobility problems. The main bedroom has very low sloping ceiling, we turned the bed around to the middle of the room This prevented us banging our heads Having said all this with a little thought and effort this could be a lovely property, it is a shame it has been neglected.

: uch improved since the last bad reviews. Was nice to stay in an actual home rather than a souless landlord flat. Great kitchen and lovely original features. Nice big living room.
: Piles of books on staircase are just waiting for a lawsuit. House was very cold and had to download pdf of boiler to work out how to programme it. Shower either quite cold or boiling. Squeeky bed with bodge job repair
