  : The home was adorable and comfortable.
  : After reading instructions and watching a video, I still wasn't able to light the gas fireplace. As suspected, the off-site Vacasa staff couldn't address the problem and asked redundant questions. Also, there is ample natural light during the day to read in the living room, but at night, the room definitely lacks lights near the seating areas.

  : Th house is very pretty and the location is great !
  : I had a mouse in my bedroom for a couple of nights which made me have to sleep on the couch and when I contacted management about it they sent a guy who left the poison on the kitchen counter for me to set my own trap ! The mouse ate the poison the following night and it was horrible hearing it in the trap . We also did not have hot water for three days . I have not received my reimbursement yet .

  : Good location. Furnished cutely.
  : Check in was a nightmare. No key in the first box. The second box had a rubber cover that we first couldnt remove. They gave us the wrong code 3xs. When we got there at 3 and told them there wasnt a key and that wed be back at 9, there still wasnt a key in the first box and we had to finally use the housekeepings box. There was no heat and the heaters didnt have extension cords to reach the outlets. The dishes were greasy as well as the table.

  : Coffee was available. The kitchen was well equipped except that there was no dishwasher. The rooms were very clean. Parking space was available.
  : The queen bed was very uncomfortable- needs to be changed. The shower did not have warm water. We were unable to open the garage though I called Vacasa several times. It was really important for us since it started raining and snowing.
