  : We booked months ahead of time. Received notification one month ago that it had changed owners and renamed. Since we had already been required to pay in full we let the reservation stand. Then a week before we left our home for our extended trip to New Mexico, we received emails to tell us of new COVID conditions: no on site staff, no room cleaning, no amenities such as hot water for tea, fridge, etc. and no breakfast even though it was in the package we paid for. The manager offered $15 vouchers for each guest to have breakfast in town but then changed her mind and said she would refund us $60 (we stayed 2 nights) instead. I do not have any confirmation from her or Booking.com to say this has happened. SAD AND DISAPPOINTED!

  : grounds are unkept. we were given as room that was up steep steps and had no Tv. the owners did move us to a ground level room with a tv. (with two remotes, neither of which worked. ) when I booked this place it was promoted with a bar, breakfast and dining. add it turns out new owners took over and no food, bar or even morning coffee. they did credit us $30 to cover the cost of breakfast?
