: Unfortunately it was quite dirty and lack of customer service, they mostly do not provide detergents and all this staff for comfortable stay which is usually included, the bathroom is dark, there is broken light and broken shower

: not good with the fact that while I was sleeping ALONE the owner came inside didnt even got all my money back. for sure not good to enter the place while theres someone staying, should have received a call one day in advance not the same morning, didnt receive the message they were gonna came inside, not even ring on doorbell just came in, I was in my pajama. super uncomfortable hope no one gets the same thing as me, also they just refuse to get me back all the money by the fact that I had already slept a night. I left the same time the owner came in felt super anxious thinking someone was gonna come in again. as a woman this is triggering.
