  : Very modern, clean, spacious room. Nice location (15mins from Tallink Ferry terminal, 10mins from old town). Bar at the entrance had cosy atmosphere, good breakfast with many choices. Check out 12:00 was great since we arrived around 22pm on the day before!
  : Since it's a hard water country, it would have been great if there was hair conditioner (not only shampoo). I assume it's just a temporary thing but there was a very big road construction going on just in front of the hotel (surprisingly no noise though). When we arrived at the evening, not many people walking so we didn't know how to cross the big road and some wrong sign were placed. Although eventually we figured it out, it would have been great to get some notification from the hotel in advance that the main entrance is basically limited to access.

  : The hotel is located conveniently to the old town and has a large mall Viru across the road from it. So it is very convenient when travelling with elders / children.
  : The only negative we found was the entire main road of the hotel was under construction making access to the hotel very difficult especially to drag the suitcases up a gravel path. And as for the rooms, I think ours was not as clean, it was a bit dusty and the hot water kettle was quite dirty. So a little attention to cleanliness would be welcomed.

  : Athmosphere was good and everything looked fine. Room was beautiful.
  : Our shower didnt work well. Water was extreme hot or cold. It was difficult to wash yourself and avoid burning. Some staff member came to see it but couldnt solve the problem. So we had to deal with it, because they said that wasnt enough to change room. Another great disappointment was that in the second morning gluten-free food were out. And there was no butter for gluten-free people at all. Staff member just twiddled her head when asking about gf food and thats all. Luckily that was our last morning there.

  : Friendly employees, my biggest compliments!
  : Hotel does not deserve to be 4 stars. Room facilities were poor and do not meet basic standards of 4 star hotel. There were no shelves and drawers to put our clothes and belongings so we had to store them in our suitcases. There no kettle and/ coffee machine in the room. We had to go outside to buy them because at certain time we couldnt get it downstairs. The room was small and it was hard to move in it. I also paid attention that there were no bath-ropes and slippers available.
