  : The apartment door got stucked inside and the bathroom is stinking. There is door lock for bathroom and the refrigerator is not working.

  : Nothing. Mb it was warm inside apartments. But never again by this service - Attention on my negative comment
  : If you have to find your parking spot, and it's occupied, it becomes your problem. Getting through to customer support is very difficult, and having a conversation with a responsible person is nearly impossible. Also, pay special attention to the pool at first. It does not belong to this organization; you will have to pay extra for it separately, at least 50 zlotys per person. However, you're lucky if you are in building 'C.' But if you're in building 'A,' it's better to forget about the pool. Running 100 meters and then searching for the entrance is not the kind of activity you'd enjoy. So, don't expect any illusions regarding the service or anything; it's just an apartment rented through an intermediary, and you won't find anyone. Inside, the walls are very thin, and you can hear everything happening with the neighbors. I booked it for Christmas night hoping to have a good time with my family, but instead, I spent 2-3 hours trying to cancel the reservation or find out anything, but in vain. We left the place within 20-30 minutes after checking in. Only booking.com took action and refunded their commission.

  : New and well cleaned appartement, well equiped, very clean, nice walk around in the woods
  : No parking spot for this appartement eventhough, I received an information that there should be one reserved outside the building. We had to call info line (there is no reception) and hold on the line to get somebody to unswer and find out the information. The complex of buildings is in the hill, the parking area is very small and in a deadend street and there was a lot of cars trying to find a spot and park or just to turn around. In the snow and ice, it was bit crazy. Also the swimming pool was in other building, it was quite small and cold. Only few seets around and no hangers for towels. Playing area as on the pictures was just a 1x1m next to the reception of swimming pool. Gym also very small.. This was a dissapointment for us as we booked the hotel because of swimming pool. Also it was very warm in the appart. eventhough we turned off all the heatings. It was hard to sleep because of that. Very crouded and busy place. Not my cup of tee.
