  : Despite paying a lot of money, we didn't have warm water and heating for a whole day as the boiler broke. Despite a visit by the handy man in the evening the problem was only solved for a short period of time after which the boiler stopped working again. This meant that not only we had to stay in a cold apartment but our clothes (wet from snow and rain) were unable to dry. Eventually we have been moved to a different apartment. Our happiness of being moved to an apartment with water and heating was quickly disrupted by being waken up in the middle of the night by a couple fighting in the corridor. This was horrifying! Even bigger problem was that there is no staff members on the site after 5 pm so we have been left alone to deal with the situation. We contemplated calling the emergency number provided by the staff but was worried if we are going to be charged for the call out - the document containing the emergency number stated that you will be charged 100 zloty for inappropriate call outs. Overall the apartments are beautiful but the service is not too great. We have used Sun and Snow a few times now and each visit unravels more issues so we won't be using them again.

  : Leaking pipe in the garage ruined my car. I didn't get my deposit back. There was no WIFI, which ruined work I had to do.

  : beautiful view, spacious apartment, perfect for a couple, comfortable bed, very clean and fresh
  : the fridge has a very loud vent system which switches on and off so not great for light sleepers
