  : Nice restaurant downstairs with great choice of tasty local dishes, staff very friendly and helpful.
  : We found our rooms quite cold, which was perfectly fine with me but definitely too chilly for small children. Only one towel provided for each guest, no bathroom mat. Not enough for the price asked.

  : As others have mentioned the lack of curtains - the blinds did not shut out the light. Also I wouldn't call it a 2 bedroom apartment. Its two rooms sharing a bathroom. An apartment suggests it has a kitchen (which incidentally their webite mentions) - wasn't really a problem for us but nevertheless it's a little misleading.

  : Location was great. 3 supermarkets around, many restaurants.
  : Room was super dirty, floor sticky, no carpets to clean boots when coming from outside with snowy boots. Super bad smelling refrigerator, dirty and moldy shower cabin, dirty toilet. No room cleaning tools, toilet paper or soap. Staff doesn't speak any language except polish. Very loud neighbors, changed 2 times per week and both of them had parties overnight there.

  : We unfortunatelly started looking for accomodation for NYE very late so our options were veery limited in Szczyrk. the only think worth about our stay was localization in center of Szczyrk by the main road with parking facility.
  : Again - we booked very late so choices were limited. Also we set our expectations very low we knew its not a hotel rather a pension, the seaason was at peak so the very high price was undeerstood... However.. 1. the toilet was outsidee the room ( been informed after booking) 2. room size was so small - super small one could not opeen the luggage, if You wished to pass in the room second person hadd to jump on bed. 3. We booked with double bed ( as we are a couple ) , instead the bed was to singles joined together, aalso the bed was VERY uncomfortable. 4. sheets weree very small ( 2 covers of aaprox 80cm width) pillows very bad quality 5. General sleeping experience was a disaster 6. very poor soundd insulation - we could hear the kids living room next door whenever theeey were active 7. during all our stay no one came to clean, exchhaangee the shheets, or eveen re-supply the toilet paper in toilet. for the money we paid ( 100EUR per night) thhee quality was a disaster - again with understaanding of "high-season" in which most oflandlords here make profit i believe its a very bad practice to Overchharge for such a poor quality. After 3 very restless and crappy nights we decided to go back home earlier - I feel a bit cheated. Maybe other rooms are better - we stayed in room #7 for which the price in similar places in szczyrk would vary between 50-120PLN not 400 !

  : Nothing, really.
  : We had an emergency and because of that we arrived very late (01:00) . First it was ok from hotel side, some while later they sent a message that we will have to pay extra 25 for late check-in . Also we reserved for 4 persons, but used only 3 beds. When we arrived for 20 minites nobody answered phone and nobody came to the doors. In the room there were no towels. No curtains on windows, very loud apartment, we could hear everything what happened in that hotel. So, yes, we are very dissapointed.
