  : Rooms were clean and spacious. Whole complex is in a great location, close to main street. Breakfast was ok, but we used it only once, so don't know if it maintains the same quality.
  : Seems like they aspire to be a luxury stay, but I feel like there is a long way to go. For the money I paid I expected much more. There was a communication chaos: I did not receive any info how to get to the apt. because their system does not send messages to foreign numbers. Garage door was not working so it was quite hard to get in -- you need to call the local number to get it open. But I did not know which number, because I did not receive any information about my stay prior, even through booking, until the last night of our stay, which is of course too late. Breakfast was ok, but a bit underwhelming, however it is pricey -- owner told me it costs 50 PLN per person, which is quite ridiculous, for what was offered. Kitchen in the apartment does not have a dishwasher and proper stovetop which I thought is a standard now, especially for the price paid. Tenants were supposed to take out the garbage, which is not a big deal, but weird, as there was a daily cleaning service included. As of June 2022, there are still construction going on at the property.

  : Nice and clean, great location. Very quiet
  : No internet connection due to technical matters, had to wait till the 2nd day for a technician instead of going out for a tour..! after a failure to fix the problem we were offered to change a room. This should have happened In our first day in szczyrk and not after a day ! We were also offered to get a sauna as a compensation but it's summer and we wanted to breathe some fresh air. Too bad, the place has a lot of potential, and we understand the owner can't be there all day, but if they know about internet issues (and apparently they did, according to the tech guy) they should have not sold this room to customers on booking.

  : Comfortable and well equipped apartment with relaxing picture window overlooking the valley and mountains in the distance.
  : Too many emails and SMS messages with lengthy explanations about how to get into the garage and collect keys. Check-in was from 3pm and we arrived by 4.15pm and had to wait a long time before getting a message for our keys to apartment. The advert also says its 500 metres from ski station, but in fact it was much further - another 15 min drive in fact.
