  : The location was fantastic and the apartment was decent for the price.
  : When we arrived at our confirmed check in time the keys were not in the lock box and we had to wait around for them to be delivered. Once inside the apartment the parking key was not supplied so we had to contact the property manager which was difficult as the only number provided was for MadeComfy which we then had to wait for them to call us back. On the first night of our stay the fire alarms went off multiple times throughout the building which disrupted ours and our young childrens sleeps. On our second night the hot plate broke and would not turn off or cool down. We attempted to contact the property manager but was sent to a voicemail system for the next day. Finally the concierge downstairs (very reluctantly) helped us and switched it off at the power box. We attempted to contact the property manager every day after this happened and they continued to tell us someone would come and look at it and they didnt until our second last night of a 7 night stay. Gratefully, we were offered a partial refund for the fact that we had to buy food for 4 days and nights of our stay, which could have been avoided by the appliances not being faulty or being attended to in a timely manner.

  : Cupboards falling off in kitchen. Both showers were broken. No parking card, had to pay for parking. Real old unit done up and charged at top dollar for a dog box

  : No helpful information, very uncomfortable beds, shower head way to low in en-suite and blocked drain in shower in main bathroom. Poor set up the main hotel chain the oaks could of been more helpful to private guests
