  : Good location for travel purposes. The quirky touches in decor and design were wonderful too
  : The room has no external windows. The internal window was directly adjacent to the glass elevator so had to leave the curtain drawn all the time. The internal air temperature and humidity were difficult to control meaning that towels remained damp inside the room.

  : The staff surprised us by upgrading our room and left a little treat and birthday card for my husband, which was a really nice gesture! The cheaper parking at the nearby Wilson was very handy. The location was fantastic, especially to be so close to the harbour. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We loved the unique style touches - the room numbers, rustic walls, and old feel of the woolstore, the lolly bar, included minibar and the little sports people under the elevators. The coffee at breakfast was decent.
  : The breakfast (thankfully included) was very low effort, small portions, and definitely not worth the high prices on the menu. We didn't have apple phones (samsung) and so couldn't connect to the TV - despite asking for advice from staff. There were no other entertainment options and no paid TV options, which was a shame as we had hoped to watch a movie. The rooms were small, so we were grateful for the upgrade. There was no room service and the restaurant closed after 9 pm, so we had to find a meal elsewhere. The shower was difficult to get to the right temperature, though the rain shower head was nice. We could hear quite a lot of noise through the night and in the morning from the hallway.

  : Breakfast offer needs improving. It shows parking but that is misleading as parking is across the road in a public car park, they do offer a special for $60 for 25 hrs

  : It was ok, the room wants very clean at all, bed linen had a stain on it, the rubbish bin area wasnt cleaned, and it was dusty. Breakfast was good and coffee was great, parking was expensive but no other option.
