I recently stayed at Eurostar hotel for 4 night/5 days While my overall experience was pleasant, I encountered an issue regarding the resort's advertised amenities. During my booking, it was stated that the resort's private beach included sunbeds. However, upon arrival, I was informed of a 15 daily charge for sunbed usage. This discrepancy was disappointing and not in line with my expectations based on the information provided.

  : Location, the stuff is really nice
  : Breakfast should be much better for almost 200 euros per night, rooms need renovation , no light on the main terrace next to the pool. We ate dinner and it was pure dark, couldnt see my food.

  : I liked the clean and comfortable room, the staff, especially the women in reception who were so friendly and very supportive, open to any question regarding our stay. Towels are always present for pools and beach, etc. and there's no need to register the towels and you can take as many and times as you want during the day. Good breakfast, although almost the same things everyday.
  : It is said that the hotel is 150m far from the beach, but it's actually more (I think more than 300m). It is also said that the hotel has private beach, but it's actually a pubic beach with a fee 15-20 euros. The breakfast was good but almost the same things everyday.

  : Excellent room and facility, the breakfast was reach and the property is close to the beach with inner and outer pool.
  : Not all facilities were up and running in the Sauna room. Guessing it was due to low guests at the time of our stay.

  : This is a very nice hotel. The building and the location was great. Hotel is not very old (max 5-6 years), however, there does not seem to be a management that care much. No maintenance (where is was needed), and my experience is that is not well organized. When we arrived we had to wait 10 min because of a personal private conversation (between employees at the front desk. When we finally got a room, the room was not cleaned. We actually meet the couple that stayed in the room, when we where to enter. After 30 min we got a new room that was ready. The room was ok. During breakfast, there was not system in backfilling anything. You could wait for fruit, bacon or bread...but it did not come. After a few hours on the poolside (the pool is really nice), i when to the large bar to get something to drink.... the had not Coke or sprite..... i was told they had run out... at 4pm. You do not run out of coke and sprite in a bar at a hotel like this!
