  : The pool is excellent, my estimate is that it has around 1.60m, it's not too deep for those who are not very good at swimming, but not too small for those who want to jump in the pool. The water is warmer than other pools in my opinion, which makes it the best for those who are colder. The pool is very clean. Both bathrooms are more than enough for 6 people, we even managed to get warm water for all of us when we took a shower (if we didn't use a lot of water). The fan in both bathrooms are pretty good at getting the steam out. The air conditioner was pretty good for the living room, it was strong enough to even get the cold air to the other rooms (not a lot but it made a difference). The host was responsive, and we appreciated that the lady at the reception, even though she didn't speak a lot of english she tried to talk to us, she even asked us if we speak Russian which was funny. :)
  : The parking situation is a bit weird. We had to ask the security man to open the gate for us because we weren't given a key card for the garage fence (although we asked for one). We were able to get out or get in only between working hours (8 am-11:30 pm) so we resumed to parking on the street rather than in the parking space the hotel provided. It was easier. The penthouse had a lot of ants, and the cleanliness overall was a bit dissapointing, unfortunately, we didn't have any cleaning tools/products, as it would've been easier for me and my group to clean up a bit. The kitchen isn't well equipped, as the knifes were very dull, and the stove top was too weak to cook anything (except boiling water). Although the pool was lovely, some umbrellas were broken and a lot of people (including a lady that works there) left their beach towel on the loungers and came back after multiple hours, leaving some people without any lounges to sit. It happened to me and my group twice out of 7 days we stayed there, and on multiple occasions we were alone at the pool, but no place that was not sunny to leave our stuff. There were probably around 20 loungers :/. The overall experience was okay considering the price, but at the same time there were certain aspects of the penthouse and the whole experience that didn't fill my group's expectations.

  : The size of the apartment.
  : The walls do not isolate noise from other apartments. I could easily hear guest from two doors away laughing in the night. The AC was installed only on lower floor. Upper floor was hot. There was a mobile AC unit available, but I did not try it. In the first night the guests across the hall had a special night, and made a lot of noise between 3 and 5 am. We could hear them through the cardboard walls as if they were in the room. For me this is a deal breaker. The terrace is large, but has no cover for shade. I will not go there again.
