: People working there were super helpful, friendly and very kind. The parking is great, the pool is great - a little cold but great, elevator is also super to have. Kitchen is equipped with everything that you need. Food stores are a few min walk
: A/C right above the bed is not great, you need it for sleep but its blowing direct on you. A little more comfortable beds would be nice to give it a 10

: This hotel is quite comfortable with good location. The staff is very pleasant and pet friendly. Rooms are big with all necessary furniture.

: Great location about 15 minutes walk to the very busy Sunny Beach area. We had booked 9 nights initially but liked Sunny Beach so much we stayed for 3 weeks. The hotel has a small but very comfortable swimming pool that cools you down, it's very refreshing. We stayed in a studio on the top floor and it has a large balcony which was great. The room was adequate. Parking was either on the street in front of the hotel or sometimes inside the hotel gates. There is a supermarket within 2-3 minutes walk that is open 24 hours. They are pet friendly. The staff are very good and responded to our every request. The manager is very nice.
: The room kitchen equipment could be improved, we asked for a few things and the staff was able to get it for us. More lighting around the kitchen counter is recommended. We had some problems with the water taps (needed repairs) and this was taken care of quite quickly.
