  : The only small thing that we didn't like was right before the check out. We had around 15 minutes to spare until the check out limit, time during which we went to the car to leave a part of our luggage and when we were returning to the room to grab the rest of our stuff, after only 5 minutes we found the cleaners already in the room despite the fact that we've also left the don't disturb card outside specifically to show that we haven't checked out. It would be nice if the cleaners would enter the rooms only after the check out limit to prevent such unpleasant scenarios.

  : Sunny beach that was nearby is really nice, with white clean sand, clean and clear water, dunes you can explore and vegetation that makes the landscape look like an old unspoiled beach. The hotel is OK, the staff was friendly and the children's entertainment was a nice touch. We enjoyed the cocktails provided at the bars and the room itself was spacious.
  : The food was of poor quality with little variety and if you are looking to eat a bit healthy, it's pretty much fruit. This makes the "all-inclusive" experience a waste of money. The room itself was not clean, our son's socks were black after running around for 2-3 minutes and it did not improve. The bed was very hard and you couldn't sleep very well in it.

  : Semi-decent looking property , staff was friendly except Andon at the front desk, he was very rude
  : The room was not cleaned prior to our arrival, the AC was not turned on, it was extremely hot in the room and it took over an hour for it to cool down, Mr. Andon at the front desk was extremely rude and did not show any hospitality what so ever, as a matter of fact he was giving us attitude with every response. In one of our rooms the AC was leaking on top of our heads, when we called front desk once again we encountered a rude interaction with Mr. Andon- we told him not to have anyone come by the room while the kids are sleeping yet he still sent maintenance to knock on the door and wake up the kids.

  : We spent a great week there. The room was nice and clean. The stuff was kind and helpful. There was the birthday of my girlfriend and the hotel management sent her a bottle of champagne. It was a big surprise, I really appreciate it. The food was tasty and the drinks were also OK. The beach is close, 5 minutes walk.
  : The male bartender was a little bit rude at the lobby bar.

  : Good location of the hotel, arround 10 minutes from the beach. The beach was really nice, with few bars.There were sunbeds for about 5 eur per pc. We had deluxe apartment with 2 big bathrooms and 2 big terraces. The view was nice, the bigger terrace was located on the sea side. Cleaning was a little bit poor, one time cleaning servise changed bedsheets and towels only few times. The hotel is more suitable for families with children, who want to spend chill time with full board menu.For teenagers, there is no entertainment in the hotel and no trips or adventures in the area of sunny beach.The old Nessebar is nice, arround 1 hour by foot, but the daily walks into the town was not so much fun for the teenagers.
  : The hotel gym was without the AC. The food was very basic.The All inclusive includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. In the afternoon there were a small table with fries, fruit and ice cream, but it didn't look so tasty.The breakfast was still the same, but I think it was the best part of the day. But I must say, that the waffles were really tasty! The diner was better than the lunch. The dinner menu offered thematic meals, such as Italian or Mediterranean.The older part of our family liked it more :)Evening program was only for children and ended arround 9 PM.The bar was the biggest disappointment for us. The coffee was only from the automatic machine and made only sweet coffee, which I really hate. So we were forced to buy the coffee three times per day at the beach bar. The drinks were also from the machine, and we didn't even finish it.The next time I will prefer the half board menu and lunches and drinks on the beach.And also three days of the week was raining and in the hotel there was nothing to do.
