  : To start with, the period we have been on our leisure was perfect. The beach was clean and at this particular part of Sunny Beach was calm even though the rest was overcrowded. The cleaning schedule was pleasurable because they were cleaning our rooms and changing our towels every single day.
  : The staff is basically unexperienced (in this particular time, there were mentors on site) which I noticed as I requested an invoice and during the check-in procedure they did not ask for our id cards which is of particular importance in terms of security. The food was delicious but it was almost the same every day and there could be a bit more variety at breakfast (croissants, fornetti etc.) and more healthy food. They reuse the food a lot (I'm not sure if this is a bad side). At check-out we have been asked to rate the hotel high even though they did not know how we would rate it.

  : We like the location and food.
  : We didn't like the staff in reception, they are a little angry to each other because the barrier in the parking lot had to be open from the inside but the man who was supposed to open it was not there. And we had to wait a little more than we should have. There is nothing in bathroom like shampoo and conditioner, it was only shower gel.
