  : the rest..Would not return there- after you check in you can say bye bye to customer service- first impression is empty reception. we came with 3 babies, and after asking around a rude 18 boy that barely speaks english came to check us in. i ask for help with luggage and direction to the room- he said to me the bell boy is sick- simply lie in my face, because when i ask a few days later another girl from the reception she admit that they dont have bell boy or any help with baggae- nevermind- no battaries in any remote, had rusty screw on the bathroom floor which was pretty dangerous to cut you leg. ask for manager a few times- the boy could not get them(another lie..) end up to asknother employe where is the managment and she took me right away. this manager probably the reception boy mom or something because her attitude was just the same and also she tell me they do have a bell boy i just didnt ask for it.. kids club and baby club cost money.. but the reaal problem is that parents not allow so they want me to leave my 1 yo boy with new never seen babysitter? whatever.. you can see how those "play rooms" looks like.. pathetic.. seegals all over the main pool all day long.. public toilet always dirty as hell.. water slides works only a few hours and you cant really know when without TUI app.. food was fine for an All inclusive- nothing dramatic but they keep write how much food they throw yesterday- belive me- if the food was good the weight would show you half.. facilities are in bad shape, everything that look good cost money, and cost a lot.. the gym is half broken.. tennis table and gear saw some better days.. reception managment failed to answer questions and i end up getting refund from Booking itself..
