  : Everything. Its was smelly dirty food was disgusting drinks were disgusting couldn't eat or drink at all we booked 3 nights and left after 2 never ever again. Don't know how this place is a 5* no way should be 2* 3* if it was ever cleaned

  : Not 5 star hotel but mediocre staying-Night staff at the small restaurant. Worked very hard and polite and clean. The restaurant was also quite and our choice every night. (Only some bugs at the sweet area) - Restaurant managers very hard workers (3 of them I noticed because they managed and even cleaned when needed) they must be awarded for their job. (Blonde lady, supervisor of staff I believe at the main restaurant and manager of small restaurant) sorry I dont remember their names. - ice cream availability almost all day- Hotel manager was reasonable for an issue I had when booking and this makes me believe this hotel has some great managers but the lack of staff and authority over the staff. Staff can not choose how to behave with clients. Its only one way. Professional behavior. But for the price, food was ok even very repetitive, entertainment they tried but ncuk very poor, etc.
  : Daily staff of the beach restaurant: one guy, old lady and the blonde were very rude and dissapointing. Laughing at clients and not serving them. Asked politely about donughts and they say return tomorrow (after 1 hour I saw them making those), letting form long queue for food and not serving in front. Terrible people This happened also in the morning, long queue for crepes and three guys experimenting and laughing.- parking other place even free plot available at hotel parking. No discount for hotel clients and prices very high (25 leva for 24 hours is too much) - rooms are not cleaned every day, had to call the cleaner several times to change sheets and towels because 6 days without cleaning was way tooo much- when receive information letter from reception you read last line. It gives hotel the power to excuse every fail, even if they dont have beach towel for every client- the bellboy, guy named donche freaked us with his behavior. He chased us through the corridor and got his head inside our room to see what we were doing, when weirdly responded what you want he said I wanted to know if you put the card to power lights I asked him to help me with luggages and he required 5 euro. I gave him 3 euri tip and he disliked me and asked me 5. I wasnt sure if this service was extra paid or included.
