  : Generally the hotel is nice and big, ground floor area was kept clean and well maintained, but unfortunately that was only the area in such as a condition. Staff was really lovely, especially the guys on the bar and the entertaining team- my kid absolutely loved them! Every evening there was a kids disco and some other entertainment after that ( different every night- bulgarian night, karaoke, Michael Jackson night etc.)Reception team was also great and very helpful. The location of the hotel is great- just few minutes walk from the city centre and the beach!
  : The quality of the food was very, very cheap... for all inclusive I was constantly hungry ( and I realy do not eat a lot and usually not fussy). Nothing had taste. No any spices or herbs,the things which bulgarian food is famous with. The meat dishes were made just to be there, no any taste, everything was just flat and had to chew it with effort before able to swallow ( that is why I avoided them and mainly ate salads).The swimming pool was very, very dirty...the colour of the water was like it wasn't chanced or cleaned since the beginning of the season. I did not allowed my kids to go there after the second day someone vomited inside and no one was even bothered ( the guests kept informing the lifeguard and the maintenance guy but no one cleaned it- absolutely disgusting!)The houskeeping team cleaned our room exactly once for 6 nights. All they did was just to empty our bins every day- no beds were fixed, not even mention cleaning the bathroom or hoovering. The lifts are another big issue in the hotel... 2 lifts for so many rooms, for 6 nights we probably managed to get the lift about 5 times ( our room was on the 5th floor), the rest of the time we used the stairs because there was no chance to get the lift. The was some kind of aircon in the rooms ( realy light so itbwas very warm as outside was over 30)but no were in the hotel was any aircon, it was extremely hot - this is a bit strange for a 4 star hotel!Generally we were very disappointed with our stay, I do not thingnwe get the quality for the money we have paid and I will definitely will never go back again to this place and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

  : Has a good size pool and the kids animators are great. Very close to the center of the resort.
  : The food was not really good ,as a Bulgarian born person I can tell they used only the cheapest ingredients on the market. The room was not clean daily as expected from a 4 star hotel , it was cleaned every 3 days. You will have to pay for everything extra that you want to do like billiards, fusball, even to use the scales in the lobby cost 1 lev.

  : Plastics, plastics , plastics everywhere :(. I dont rellay understand. Eg during breakfast/dinner/ lunch if my cup wea empty the staff took it, asap. I had to held my hand on it. Similar the plastic spoon for ice cream etc. This was my biggest pain.

  : The food was ok
  : The bedrooms were not cleaned or beds made in the 5 nights we stayed there. The cleaners came in each day to leave water and toilet roll but nothing else. Had to ask for clean towels on the last night as they hadnt been changed - the beds werent changed or made once either. Very disappointed. We drank out of small plastic cups the whole time not once were we given a real glass to drink from even when sitting in the hotel lobby. Evening entertainment was poor - we ventured out in the end.
