  : Room came with a balcony. Heater and hot shower were working great. Complimentary water provided. Towels were included. A short walk distance from the near by metro station and shops made it convenient for our stay. Room was on the upper floors, easily accessibly by the lift.
  : There was no shower curtain, so water would easily fall out during the shower.

  : the free parking is good.
  : The staffs kept calling me before arrival, asking for the time we would arrive. The room number given was not the same as informed by email. The stupid thing is the staff cannot issue the invoice under my friend's name. He issued the invoice both with my name, because I booked two rooms. He said he could not change, that is the system! I told him that he should not be so stupid like the system. Then I received the email which informed me that we didn't show up in the hotel. The next day I received another email that they cancelled my booking because we didn't show up. I called them, and the same staff pick up the phone. I asked him why they gave the booking.com wrong information. He just kept silence. I called again, then no one pick up the phone.
