  : The good stuff – nice location, rural but near enough to shops, pub, takeaways etc Cottage of Content twice. Thanks for wine. Ditto stairgate – maybe offer that as standard, useful to keep dogs downstairs? Strong internet. Close to places to visit Stratford, Evesham, Broadway etcWe liked the working farm arrangement (the warnings could perhaps be clearer about noise eg grain drier & dust). Great for the dogs – private garden plus we walked them around the buildings regularly, but also fields and riverside.
  : Issues you might want to look at - only one key; same code on all keysafes; gravel laying noise; candles “not permitted” but 5 already in house; heater controls - both sets of batteries flat; doormat needed by back door; no teapot; no hairdrier; no washup scourer; no cafetiere; no film & foil; no breadbin; no breadknife; crockery quite scratched/ worn; garden seats – green with algae & 2 very uncomfortable backs; coffee machine no instructions; starter pack no milk; draughts through front door (letterbox and keyhole); similarly keyhole in hatch main bedroom; bathroom lock no go; second bedroom door does not close; bathroom towel rail no cover on control (sharp)Drying out / settlement cracks in plaster work.To be honest, none of the above were major concerns for us; but we are really not fussy people. However we think you should be aware that some clients would be far more exacting, especially bearing the price category the Granary is in.
