  : TV, phone didn?t work. The staff didn?t refresh our linen?s, we had to keep asking for things

  : The young lady that checked us in wasn’t a very pleasant person. She didn’t even speak. Her tone of voice was just rude.

  : The staff was very pleasant and accommodating.
  : The room wasn't cleaned properly ,they were blood on the door ,dirt and grime in the shower ,the bed sheets look like it has been very worn and slept in , hair from previous patrons that have stayed in the room on the head of the bed, the phone was disgusting and only had 4 channels on the TV. The top stairs ice machine was broken and people make noise all day and all night and smoke weed all day and all night and you can smell it in my room... I don't smoke. And no elevator for physically challenged and impaired people.

  : I stayed 2 nights. The bedside lights did not work. We had no bathroom cups. The room was not cleaned after day one. We did not have enough towels.

  : It was convenient, quiet, close to a baskin robins/ Dunkin’ Donuts. The room was clean. But a decent stay.
  : The pillows were not comfortable, the bed was ok. They do not have any hot breakfast. It was only yogurt, cereal, oatmeal. No fruit. It was way too much to do laundry. 4 bucks each that I seen! The hotel after this was only 1.50/2.00 to do it.
