  : Always beautiful views,bed was comfy, room clean, love sitting on balcony.
  : We had problems locking balcony door, even though they did renovations,the locking mechanism was worn out. Also I wish the dining would go back to pre Covid style. Breakfast was delicious but they use to have so much more options

  : The proximity to Stone Mountain Park.
  : The patio door did not lock. The tub did not drain. Parking wasn’t ideal. Elevators were semi operational. The smell of marijuana was prevalent majority of our stay.

  : We had a rainy weekend but the kids were still able to swim love that they have an indoor and outdoor swimming pool
  : I used the blow dryer that is in the room and lost all power couldn’t see a thing but I called and they got me help immediately.

  : Pretty scenery in the area and the room was nice, spacious and had all basic needs.
  : This is called a resort and charges you for resort amenities but there were no amenities. The facility was very understaffed and it showed in all areas. The outdoor poolside bar/grill was never open. I had to call for pool towels to be delivered. The hot tub had 1 working jet. The “down” button to call the elevator was covered in duct tape so we always had to go up to the top floor to be able to select the button to go down. The Tavern restaurant was never open. The only available dining option was Waterside restaurant. We went the first evening and there was 1 employee working the entire dining room, working as both the hostess and waitress. The menu had 6 items available. The front desk wait was usually long and it was obvious that the staff was overwhelmed and frustrated. There were issues either my reservation that are too complex to list here. Overall, I was very disappointed in our stay at Evergreen and would like, at a minimum, to have the resort fees refunded since there were no resort amenities available.
