  : Staff were so rude and unfriendly . I can see they tried to raise the level of the services at the location for such a low price, however, the first person we talked to refused to listen to us and almost made us walk out.

  : The floors were disgusting. The internet passcode changes every other day. They have one sign up about the pool, but do they open the pool until 1pm (people like to take their morning swim) AND it was dirty all of them time. They bathroom fan is extremely loud. The shower/tub & sink was nasty, they had dirt rings around them. There were burn marks on the toilet seat. The microwave was gross. The first time we walked into the room, it smelled really badly like cigarettes. The a/c unit’s buttons were missing. There was nasty goop on the stairs and it’s railings. Vending machines are expensive and they don’t work properly. The lights in the parking area are so bright that they blind you, yet there are still night walkers (drug addicts) walking around your car. The ice machine is nasty dirty disgusting. The staff has different views of the property, and kept telling me all different things. When I asked for a specific amount of towels, they gave me a 3rd of what I needed. ABSOLUTELY would NEVER stay here again, ESPECIALLY with children.
