  : Very beautiful. Good location.
  : It is suitable for older couples in my opinion. Very quite. The kids did not feel comfortable to play in the pool. Had to pay extra for the pool towels. Every small thing was charged as an extra. Nothing to welcome us in the room (wine or fruits for example, like we got in other places). Not a very welcoming environment.

  : 1) Beautiful location, away from the crowds of Chania or other cities2) Nice pool & area around the rocky beach with place to enjoy your drink 3) Comfortable parking
  : 1) The rooms (at least those in the classic section of the hotel) need renovation because :- Despite the fact that they have adequate space m , their design / arrangement, especially for the bathroom is very bad.They have put the flush toilet right in front of the shower's entrance and you need to be an acrobat in order to get outside the shower with obvious risks for those who have a larger size or greater age.- The shower's floor sink is tiny and problematic leading to a small lake in the shower with the water emptying only some time *after* your shower.- The soundproofing is very bad. We had asked for a silent room but due to a very noisy family over us, we found it very difficult to relax. Every sound of the upper rooms is somehow intensified inside the lower ones.- There is almost no obfuscation in the rooms because the main door's vitro doesn't offer any black-out option and the curtain of the back window doesn't achieve any real blackout as well.- TVs could be better & larger (unfortunately most hotels have still old, small or low budget TVs while nowadays they can get a 43-55 inch smart TV with 250 euros or even less.2) The staff was acting "perfunctorily" , there was no real / cordial kindness or hospitality with positive energy that can be usually found in Greece or other hotels.3) While the remoteness from Chania or other cities might be a good thing for some people, the sound from the war aircrafts of the nearby airports and the traffic to "get out" from Souda Hersonissos with not the best roads, could be a negative for others.** The breakfast had a good quality overall but having no other eggs except of boiled ones for all four days is questionable for sure.
