: Staff were fantastic.
: Wrong information given on description. There is no mini bar, no coffee house, and no restaurant on site! The nearest beach cafe mentioned is a ten minute walk and closed at 4 pm! Also, there are no vegetarian options. The main restaurant for the hotel is a 20 min car ride away, and if you don't have a car, it 40 to get there and back each night. No food or drinks provision at the hotel. The breakfast is the same every day, so if you dont like what you're given, you're going to have a tough stay! There is also ongoing building work, which can be noisy. If you don't have a car, the hotel is very isolated. There is a bus to Chania but only runs every 2 hours. The suite was a very good size but the bathrooms were tiny and sub standard. This hotel looks like a 4 star but our suite was like a 3 star. Bathrooms were similar to a 2 star hotel. Very dissatisfied. The only thing that made our stay better was the staff who were fantastic. We opted for half board but due to the lack of food provision we complained and were given the money back for the half board. We were given the option of ordering food in but I didn't go on holiday to have take aways every night! Therefore we did have to leave the hotel every day to eat lunch and dinner. As we didn't have a car this wasn't ideal. Luckily there were some good restaurants locally.

: This is a lovely hotel in a quite area with a beautiful beach. Zoba beach is 10 min walk with many restaurants. Kalathas beach is 10 min drive. Chania old town is about 30 min drive. Staff are very friendly, always with a good attitude and keen to help. Vicky is a lovely host. I would definitely recommend this hotel. There was nothing negative about it.

: The breakfast was excellent and changed from day to day. Extra effort was taken to prepare it. The room was excellent and very clean and well designed. The staff made every effort to look after my requests of interesting places to visit and restaurants and beaches in the area. Well done for hospitality.
: The room was good but needed a little updating in terms of wall paper. The furniture was good. A mattress undercover is recommended as per videos of the Hotel Inspector.

: The pool was small, but clean. The staff were polite. Appreciated having an underground car park.
: Our booking stated that we would have a balcony with a view of the mountains - we had neither. When we complained we were told that these rooms were 'sold out'. We were offered an upgrade to a bigger room (still ground floor, still no outside space), but this didn't compensate for the disappointment of not having the accommodation we had booked. Seems unfair to allow people to book rooms they could potentially stay in,, rather than being honest and describing the actual rooms that are available. Breakfast was different every day, but not always enjoyable. I'd have much preferred to have had a choice of food, rather than to be given the 'breakfast of the day', as a lot of it was wasted. The coffee and the 'juice' were awful.
