  : The accomodation is very nice, comfortable and cozy. The staff was really kind and there is also a restaurant where the food is great! :)

  : I've visited several mountain lodges and this one was great. The facilities are above expectations: maybe a little too nice if you are expecting a rustic accommodation. The lake and trails are beautiful. Our room had 5 beds; all very comfortable with clean attractive linen. The room has a small table with sparkling water. The bathroom is small but fully functional with a wonderful warm shower. From 2 beds, there is a perfect view through the skylight on the mountains and on the stars at night. Great food and beer are available from the lodge. Its a good base to use for hiking Rysy: about 4 hours up and 3 hours back down to the chata.
  : The chata was great but be warned that the trail and the lake area are packed with tourists at midday when the weather is nice. Solitude is available only late in the day or when its rainy. Small things: our bathroom door dragged on the floor, making a horrible screeching noise, specially if someone goes to the toilet in the middle of the night. The chimney for the klobasa grill is outside the bedroom window, so the room can get a heavy smell of grilled sausage in late afternoon. It's nice if you're hungry, but can get tiring if you are not in the mood for grilled klobasa smell. No mobile phone signal.

  : 1l of still drinking water costs here 6.3eur(30c is deposit you cant get back :) ) 4ppl per one day, you are supposed to drink 2l pps, its additonal 50 euro. Only for water. Remember this place has a supply car access, but you get there by feet. I think it is worth to know. Staff barely speaks english. Food is very fat, avoid sausages.
