  : Cosy, spaciuos and clean rooms.
  : They dont have a restaurant, more like a canteen thats closed all the time except specific opening hours in the morning/evening. We paid for half-board option in advance expecting nice dinner (at a 4* hotel they claim!), but unrealisingly we were 15min late to arrive (they close as early as 19:30!), and literally we were denied any kind of food despite the host consulting his managers over the phone repeatidly (unfortunately the kitchen is locked, we cannot help, real sorry) - i mean, even a sandwich could have saved our evening, as it was raining like hell outside and we had two tired and hungry kids, but there was noone capable (or rather willing?) to help out at this big hotel.. To add to disappointment, next morning the manager repeated that they wont even compensate the money we paid for the dinner un-served, as it was our fault to come late without notifying (they checked security cameras to make a point, yes we arrived 15min late indeed, legally they must be right.. but it felt so wrong and stupid to be arguing about this). Only half-day after checking-out, and after contacting booking.com, i got a call from the hotel saying their manager decided to refund us the money for the dinner. Its nice but I aint getting back there..

  : The apartman was clean and spacious, the breakfast was nice. The location was great!
  : The parking and the taxes are not included in the price! I was charged 40 euro on the check out for 4 nights! Unacceptable! We can't take a normal shower, they has only bathtubs in a 4 star hotel, wow.

  : Great location, good communication with the reception, decent sauna/jacuzzi set up, which you book for extra fee only for your family/group. Ok breakfast. Space/activities for children.
  : Paying extra for parking seems rather strange. If incorporated into the cost of the room, it would look much better.
