: Very large comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Excellent location for visiting Beamish.
: Sound proofing needs improvement. We could hear people in both adjoining rooms. Equipment provision in kitchen could be better. Cleaning materials stated as being included but no tea towel or detergent provided - we had to request it. Internal door mat should be provided to prevent "rain paddle". Room floor extremely slippery when raining.

: The room was lovely ,clean . Food was very nice.
: I did think the room price was a little excessive. Service for breakfast was poor. Had to look for staff to place breakfast order as no one came to take order after seating us.
