: Great location with good facilities, lovely welcome pack of wine biscuits and fresh milk in the fridge . Clean and comfortable cottage close to Tanfield railway and Beamish museum.
: Minor issue for my elderly father entering the front door, climbing front steps, a handrail would be a helpful addition to assist those visitors with mobility issues

: The place is very nice, peaceful. Kids had a great time, nice scenery. We will definitely be coming back when it's winter so we can use the fire place. Host made it easy for us to communicate with her should we need anything.

: The cottage was really great. Lovely decor, good location. Easy access to Newc and easy access to family nearby. It was right next to a main road but we didn't hear any traffic. It had a really comfortable layout and the 2 large sofa's in the lounge room were great. Plenty to watch on TV.
: I seemed to have been given one code on one email and then another on a different email. So it was a bit of a pain. But I realised after about 10mins. I tried to call the owner but no reply. I had to go around turning on and fiddling with the central heating so that was a bit annoying.

: The bathwater was only warm so unable to have a hot bath
