  : The location is nice and close to other cities. Consider to have a car to arrive there. Big parking space with no difficulties to park your car. The breakfast is good for the price.
  : We were traveling around the area and we expected to arrive quiet late. So we contacted the hotel to do the check-in at around 22:00 but they said that it is not possible. Finally we managed to come at around 17:00 but surprisingly there was no one at the check-in desk so we had to wait like 30 min for someone to arrive. The room was good but different from the photos. At night they were organizing a party that lasted for so long which we could not sleep quietly from the sound of the music and the teenagers there.

  : Staff were kind but not experienced/professional enough. The room was provided with air conditioning but it was so loud that we couldnt keep it on during the night. The breakfast didnt include any handmade / km 0 food, which shouldve been provisioned, due to the location.

  : The rooms do not correspond to pictures and description. Defenetly not 30 square meters. Even though we knew there was no air conditioning we were not expecting to sleep in a Owen. The swimminpool was nice but not usable. It look like there were also people coming from outside .The priority should be given to hotel guests

  : The location is strategic. After a long day spent visiting it is very nice to relax in the garden equipped with a swimmable pool.Common space and rooms are really clean. Also daily room cleaning is really well done.Breakfast has all you need and well served.
  : The check-in time is quite strict. If you plan to arrive before 16 it is better to call. I wrote a text but it looks like it was not read.By the way housekeeper phoned the owner and at 3 pm we managed to check in.

  : Friendly staff; cool, spacious bedroom; warm welcome to my dog; swimming pool; goats and a donkey and pony on site; easy reach of Spoleto.
  : The breakfast was not fantastic; too much bread and cake; very little fresh fruit.

  : the rooms are dark and not modern. the bed was uncomfortable and small. the stuff isnt very friendly.
