: We loved everything about the place. It is an oasis in the middle of nature. It is stunning in its simplicity.

: Owners went out of their way to make us welcome and comfortable. Dinner served on the terrace was home made and excellent value. A real farm producing their own olive oil and wine.
: Directions to the property on booking.com website were confusing.

: The property owner Andrea was extremely friendly and helpful. She recommended local restaurants for dinner which was very helpful because we didn't want to be driving long distances in the dark. She is very knowledgeable about the area and was able to give us guidance on the many hill towns we visited in Umbria. The farm is lovely and peaceful with beautiful views. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice whatever your preferences.
: I have only 1 minor comment. We booked the room with kitchen thinking we would eat in most evenings. Because of the space required for the kitchen, the room was a little small and there really was nowhere to sit and have a cocktail or read except at the kitchen table. If i had it all to do over again, I would stay in one of the other rooms which all had lovely seating areas especially as we went out every night but one for dinner!
