  : This is the fourth time I have stayed at the hotel. The place is amazing, in my opinion the most beautiful in all of Bulgaria. Two sandy beaches with a bar. The one closer to the hotel has great service, nice and experienced staff. The pools are clean and the garden is beautiful and well maintained around the whole complex.   : The hotel does not communicate via email. We had an 11 month old baby with us and there is a cot in the room on request as there are a limited number of them. We wrote three emails requesting through booking.com and two emails through the email on the hotel's official website, but never received a reply. This is important to know when traveling by plane. So we took the cot with us. In the end, the crib was in the hallway and we could have taken it to our room, so taking ours was unnecessary. Drinks were offered at dinner but there was no drinks menu so we didn't know the range or price.

  : Breakfast and dinners are good. The only missing things - seafood.Swimming pools are always available, there is a special one with great view, its cool.
  : Havent found a fitness room. No entertainment.No beach bar at the beach near the hotel, so if you would like to eat or drink you have to organize it beforehand.

  : It was clean, the food in the restaurant was really good.
  : The cleaning staff was really invasive, they just entered in the room a couple times, unlocking with their card, the knocked, but waited like 5 seconds and entered, one time they entered without knocking and they started to came at 9 oclock in the morning which for me was too much, because I was on holiday and wanted to relax. The king size bed was two twin bed next to each other and was really uncomfortable to sleep together with my boyfriend.
