  : The staff were great, all of them, starting with the receptionists, the bellboy, the security, the cleaning ladies, and continuing with the man working at the beach and the staff at the beach restaurant (Alemagou). They were all friendly and willing to help. The location of the complex is great. It's right next to one of the best beaches in Bulgaria. There's parking for the guests, and the price of the apartment also includes the chairs and umbrellas at the beach(!bring your paper slip, which you will receive at check-in to prove you are staying in the resort). We have not used the pools, but other guests seemed to enjoy it. We prefer the beach and the sea was absolutely beautiful. Sozopol is around 10 min drive, and we used taxi to go to the city for dinner. The receptionists organized the taxi for us. On our last day we wanted to go to the beach before leaving, and they allowed us to leave our car at the parking until 4 pm without extra charge, which was really nice. We were also able to use chairs and umbrellas at the beach at no cost even though we checked out at 12pm. Thank you for the great hospitality!
  : Our apartment was clean and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. It's nothing fancy, though. They don't provide a dish liquid and a sponge for cleaning dishes, and the cleaning staff don't wash them. I would suggest leaving a small dish liquid and a sponge for the guests.
