  : The bed was nice to sleep. Very quite area.
  : Needs to improve on the washer and dryer when trying to dry cloths they still didn’t dry. Needs more towels.

  : I emailed my signed rental agreement 3 times and was told they never got it. Arrived 16 hrs from my home to discover we didn't have a code. Then waited on the phone for literally almost 3 hours before getting to talk to someone. She was kind and promptly took care of the issue.

  : The location is great , the apartment its fully loaded plus the kids enjoy the pool .
  : The mattress from main bedroom its too soft / weak . The cable from living room does not work (at least I could not make it work )

Disappointing

  : The location probably cannot be topped. It was well within walking distance of the beach. We were also so close to the main strip. There are some kitchen things, I would pack anything you may need. There is a storage box with ample beach toys. The kitchen seating and living room seating accommodates many.
  : It just wasn’t as clean as we prefer. The floors and bathrooms were just kinda of clean. Our dryer was broken and was not fixed. We rented a condo specifically with a washer and dryer because we are a large family and needed to be able to clean our swim towels. We ended up having to go to the laundry mat on the island. The fridge does not cool well and come with specific directions on how full it can be. All the door locks are tough to use. One bathroom had a lot of mold/mildew. One of the balcony doors didn’t even open. They advertise cable- there is none. We had 4 televisions and could only use 2 because the others just didn’t work. All in all, we didn’t leave in the middle but we wouldn’t rent again.

  : Layout was good, proximity to pool, groceries.and liquor store, and beach was awesome. Maintenance promptly answered calla.
  : Shower heads, dryer took four times to dry towels, living room bathroom toilet was loose. We had to buy trash bags.

  : Plenty of space & 2.5 bathrooms were a plus. Close to beach & each room has a balcony.
  : water pressure in showers could be better. Book stay for a wedding so we only used home to shower & sleep. If there for a family vacation would not book, have a whole back yard but can’t grill. & curfew is too early. As previously stated we weren’t there much so it worked out.
