  : Family favorites about this property: -Personal washer and dryer -King beds and bunk beds -101 degree Hot tub -Pool -Water stations at courtyard to rinse off sand. -Closed in courtyards -Dumpster access -Close walk to beach -Balcony access to visualize courtyard or parking area. Thankful for the accommodations
  : Opportunities for improvement: -Group needed more than 4 bath towels, hand soap, and 2 mini shampoo bottles. I recommend matching shampoo, towels for group size and placing an extra bottle of hand soap if it is low. -Once there was no answer at the local help number, but after that, I was able to communicate very easily as there was an answer every time there after. - Id have loved access to broom/ dust pan, mop/swiffer, Vacuum, etc. to tackle the sand that came back with us. Other good things to know: - 2 parking spaces allowed for this condo, but quite tight (if parking lot is full) -All 3 Bedrooms are upstairs (bunk beds being in the common area near the stairs.) -Small tv in bedroom. -Bring your baby gate to block the stairs. -Beware: wet feet put you at risk for slipping on tile floors when walking/tip toeing.

  : Enough space for the 8 people stay. But the pool and jacuzzi were the best features!
  : The parking lanes are too narrow and small making it difficult to get in our vehicles!
